Adding an Extra Season

3E & WWG was asked to provide this homeowner way to use their 3 season room and back yard for entertaining even through the winter. The old room was removed and a new space with a fireplace, HVAC system, and tons of insulation was built in its place. The deck and space below were also rebuilt with many new amenities. Once the grass grows in there will be plenty of room to entertain on the lower grassy level surrounded by a seating wall, as well as a patio that spans the entire project space!
